Revitalizing History for Future Cancer Breakthroughs

This 83,000 sq. ft. cancer research center historic remodel included a complete demolition and remodel of floors 1-3 and a select demo and refresh of architectural finishes on floors 4 and 5. Included in the remodel were structural upgrades, full retrofitting of the MEPF Systems, and new non-structural framing. Lab casework scope included mobile benches with ceiling service panels that provide lab gases, power, data, and LDAS services to the benches. Other features include demountable glass wall systems, terrazzo flooring, cold rooms, and vivarium updates.
