Supply Chain management to deliver with certainty

The production of AHUs was impacted by the COVID-19 outbreak, with factory capacity regulations and material shortages causing disruptions. However, SourceBlue effectively communicated these issues to the client and directly collaborated with the factory in Mexico. This direct link to the production floor, bypassing multiple intermediaries, proved crucial for the project's success.

SourceBlue provided regular updates on the factory's progress, ensuring transparency and allowing for necessary adjustments. Their proactive approach facilitated efficient project management.
