Confidential Technology Client Office and Lab Fitout

This 92,000-square-foot workspace renovation transformed an existing office environment into a state-of-the-art research and development facility featuring 42 laboratory spaces, utility rooms, modern conference and huddle rooms, and a refreshed open office environment.

The project included the selective demolition of existing walls, ceilings, flooring, and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems to accommodate the construction of a new failure analysis laboratory, expanded mechanical spaces, and improved circulation areas. To meet the facility's stringent performance requirements, approximately 25% of the existing concrete slab was removed and replaced with isolated slabs designed to mitigate vibration.

The scope also included the installation of a partially enclosed exterior concrete pad to support liquid nitrogen dewars, along with the associated piping infrastructure to distribute nitrogen gas throughout the facility, enabling the specialized laboratory operations.
