Advancing the Next Generation of Semiconductor Facilities

Turner International was involved in the successful closeout of a confidential semiconductor factory project in Malacca, Malaysia. The project was developed in two phases, featuring a new parking garage, an advanced manufacturing facility, and a Central Utilities Building (CUB). We provided project and construction management services, including quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) support throughout the design, construction, and commissioning stages.

The first phase included the construction of a 430,000-square-foot parking garage to serve both the existing and new manufacturing facilities, utilizing a combination of precast and reinforced concrete structures. The second phase involved the development of a six-story semiconductor factory and a four-story CUB, with a combined gross floor area of approximately 860,000 square feet, played a key role in the successful closeout of a confidential semiconductor factory,
