Cedar Speedster

Mass Timber Office and Retail

Cedar Speedster is a three-story mass timber office and retail building with 20,000 sq. ft. of commercial office space, 9,000 sq. ft. of street-level retail and restaurant space, and 10,000 sq. ft. of parking space. Cedar Speedster’s office space houses the corporate offices of Evo/Evolution Projects. It also brought restaurant Revel back from South Lake Union to its original location in the Fremont neighborhood, which has been its home for more than 20 years.
