Campus at Horton

Modernized and Redeveloped Life Science, Retail, and Office Spaces

This project is a renovation and repositioning of the ten-block Horton Plaza Center originally built in 1982. Renamed The Campus at Horton, the redeveloped mall will include life science tenant space, office space and retail space. The project maximizes the property's downtown location near the Gaslamp District by re-imagining the site as a mixed-use office and retail development that will cater to life science, technology, and creative companies. Plans take into account ideologies on the modern workspace, including a large number of amenities, flexible spaces for both private and group spaces, large floor plates, and converting all former retail spaces into landscaped walkways both for tenants and the general public.
