The high-end, 10,000 sq. ft. courtside club serves VIP patrons of Ball Arena (formerly the Pepsi Center) during sports and entertainment events providing unique views and access to players and performers. The Club is a first class, exclusive, premium dining space with two full-service bars and a full-service kitchen to provide court-level access to athletes and while also providing a convenient VIP entrance to the arena area. The project also includes a 24,000 sq. ft. annex/addition for facility staging and storage space, facilities workshops, and covered player parking.
