750 17th St NW - Roof Deck

Located in the Golden Triangle Business Improvement District in downtown Washington, D.C., the 750 17th Street office tower is just steps away from the White House. The renovation on the top of the 12-story office building modified the existing outdoor roof top space into a high-end roof terrace for the tenants of the commercial office space to utilize and enjoy the panoramic and expansive views of some of the city’s most iconic landmarks including the Washington Monument and the Jefferson Memorial. The Renwick Gallery, the Old Executive Office Building, the Decatur House, and Lafayette Square are all within a block of 750 17th Street. The facility was originally constructed in approximately 1989 and was due for a face lift. The roof terrace space includes a bar, comfortable seating areas, and several outdoor dining spaces.
