Richland Parish Data Center

Project Overview

Richland Parish, Louisiana, is home to Meta’s largest data center campus to date. The multi-phase development represents a significant investment in Louisiana and will create long-term employment opportunities while supporting investments in local infrastructure, workforce development, and the regional supply chain.

Turner is currently delivering Phase 1 of the campus alongside DPR Construction and M. A. Mortenson. Turner’s Phase 1 scope includes four primary AI Data Center buildings that began construction in 2025.

Turner has also been selected, alongside M. A. Mortenson, to deliver Phase 2 of the Richland Parish campus. Phase 2 will include ten data center buildings totaling approximately 5.5 million square feet. Preconstruction is underway and is expected to continue through June 2027, when building construction is scheduled to begin.

Together, these phases represent a significant expansion of Meta’s Richland Parish campus and build on Turner’s growing partnership with Meta to deliver critical digital infrastructure at scale.
