Turner is Pleased to Announce Leadership Promotions

Fuquan Collins is now serving as Vice President, Community and Citizenship. 

Fuquan joined Turner’s New York office as a field engineer in 2005. He held a variety of roles and most recently served as the Procurement Manager for New York. Fuquan joined Headquarters in September of 2020 to the newly created role of Director, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. 


Suzanne Fuda is now serving as Vice President, Senior Human Resources Director for the Ohio and Universal regions. 

Suzanne joined Turner’s Nashville office as Human Resources Manager in 2011. She transferred to serve as Human Resources Director of the Mid-Atlantic region in 2015. In 2018, she was promoted to her current position as the Senior Human Resources Director with responsibility for both the Ohio and Florida regions. 


Augusta Fulcher is now serving as Vice President, Senior Human Resources Director for the New York region. 

Augusta joined Turner’s New York office in 2016 as Human Resources Director. She was promoted to Senior Human Resources Director, her most recent position in in 2018, serving both the New York and New York North (Albany) offices. 


Barbara Hewitt is now serving as Vice President, Senior Human Resources Director for the central region. 

Barb joined Turner’s central region human resources team as Senior Human Resources Director in 2015. Barb has regional responsibilities for both north and south central, a rapidly growing region. 


Kathy Lubertazzi is now serving as Vice President, Senior Human Resources Director for the New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Mid-Atlantic regions. 

Kathy joined Turner’s New Jersey office in 2008 as Human Resources Manager. She was promoted to Human Resources Director in 2013 and again to Senior Human Resources Director in 2018. She currently has regional responsibilities for New Jersey, Pennsylvania and the Mid-Atlantic regions.


Lisa Moving is now serving as Vice President, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. 

Lisa joined Turner’s New Jersey office in 2001, serving as a field engineer. She held a variety of roles in New Jersey and most recently served as a project manager. Lisa joined Headquarters in September of 2020 to the newly created role of Director, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. 


Chai Nakka is now serving as Vice President and Treasurer.

Chai joined Turner’s Headquarters office in 2014 as Director of the Treasury Department. He was recently promoted to Treasurer in 2021. 


Alison Stanton is now serving as Vice President, Community and Citizenship for New England. 

Alison joined Turner’s Boston office in 2000. She progressed through a variety of roles within community and citizenship, most recently serving as Community and Citizenship Senior Director. 


Charles Stewart is now serving as Vice President, Diverse Recruiting and Outreach. 

Charles joined Turner’s Cincinnati office as an engineering clerk in 1993. In 2012, he transferred to Detroit as a project manager and then to Dallas in 2013 as a senior project manager. He joined the Community and Citizenship team in Dallas in 2017 and was recently promoted to Senior Director. Charles joined Headquarters in 2021 to a newly created role focused on diverse recruiting and outreach.
