Topping Out at Hackensack Meridian Health

“Over multiple phases we have been performing tracing, safe-off and disconnects of the Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing systems for the Renovation of the active emergency department, which has been extremely challenging," said Turner Project Superintendent, Rich Clyne. "We are fortunate that the Hackensack Meridian Health team at Raritan Bay Medical Center has been eager to help, been an integral part of our team and have been nothing short of excellent to work for every step of the way.”

This multi-phased, 32,000 square foot renovation of an active emergency department and operating hospital includes a one-story concourse addition with lobby and amenities, a building expansion of the Emergency Department Ambulatory, two entrance canopies, and a five-phased interior renovation. The project also includes the fit-out of the existing facility that will accommodate Imaging Suites, Treatment Rooms, Offices/ Conference Rooms and Emergency Department facilities. A parking lot with reconfigured traffic pattern, hardscapes, and landscaping is also included in the scope of work.
