Brad Simmons Promoted to Operations Manager for Turner's Offices in Nashville and Huntsville

August 13, 2015

We are pleased to announce that Brad Simmons is now serving as operations manager of the company’s offices in Nashville, Tennessee and Huntsville, Alabama. He reports to John Gromos, vice president and general manager.

Brad brings a strong combination of technical skills and leadership experience to his new role. A graduate of Notre Dame with a Bachelor of Science in civil/structural engineering, Brad joined Turner’s Chicago office as a field engineer in 1997. After an 18-month assignment in the field, he moved into the Special Projects Division, where he was promoted to senior project manager for the Special Projects Division in 2001. In this role, he led a number of major tenant fit-outs – including AON’s 19-story, 580,000-square-foot world headquarters and the 180,000-square-foot ABN Amro data center. He was then assigned to the main division in Chicago, working on the 40-story One South Dearborn core and shell project. In 2006, Brad transferred to Turner Universal (Nashville/Huntsville) where he has served as a project manager, primarily on multi-phase healthcare projects such as Cookeville Regional Medical Center and Vanderbilt University Medical Center. Brad was promoted to project executive in 2012.

Please join us in congratulating Brad and wishing him the best in his new role.
