The Turner School of Construction Management in Portland graduated 36 small business owners.

The School is a multi-week mentoring program Turner offers annually at no cost to minority-and woman-owned firms in the architecture, engineering and construction industry. The program is designed to enhance the technical, business, and administration skills of the participants, improving their profitability and reputation. 

Partners and sponsors of the Turner School of Construction Management include the City of Portland, Multnomah County, ODOT, Portland Development Commission, Pacific Northwest Regional Council of Carpenters, Metro, and Home Forward (formerly Housing Authority of Portland).
