Turner Supports Make-a-Wish Foundation

December 15, 2011

Turner's Portland office is making a donation to the Make-a-Wish Foundation of Oregon. Opened in 1983, the chapter's first wish, from a boy named Sam who had leukemia, was to meet Erik Estrada from the hit television show, "CHiPs."

Since then, the Oregon chapter has granted more than 2,200 wishes to children in Oregon and Clark County and since 2007, Turner has donated more than $26,000 to the Make-a-Wish Foundation of Oregon.
