We have earned recognition by undertaking complex projects of all sizes, ranging from $5,000 to $400 million, while fostering innovation, embracing emerging technologies, and making a difference for our clients, employees, and community with the support of our local business staff of over 120 personnel.
In 1986, Lathrop was acquired by Turner Construction Company, a nationally renowned builder that specializes in providing construction management services for some of the most complex and recognizable projects in the country. Turner, America’s Leading General Builder with headquarters in New York, operates a close network of 46 offices in the U.S. with staff that exceeds 11,500 employees. Lathrop is a member of Turner’s Mid North region and shares resources with offices in Cincinnati, Columbus, Cleveland, Michigan and Indiana. Working together as a region, we are able to leverage the experience of a multitude of specialists to deliver extraordinary value to our valued clients.
Our portfolio includes projects from less than one million dollars to several hundred million delivered to clients who value our input and collaboration, as well as our experience balancing program, budget, time and aesthetics on some of the most challenging, sophisticated and iconic projects in the region.
Committed to strengthen the communities which we build. Our local leadership works tirelessly to not only earn the respect of trusted clients but strengthen our relationships with local trade partners, industry friends and community organizations.
Every year Leadership Lathrop, a group of new hires, organize a large volunteer project for the Lathrop business unit. NeighborWorks Toledo helps restore and revitalize local neighborhoods, primarily for the benefit of current and future residents, by providing services and programs that renew pride, stimulate reinvestment and restore confidence and trust.
