Turner Vietnam Appointed as PMCM Consultant for Hinode City, Hanoi

Turner Vietnam has been appointed by Trading Construction Works Organization (WTO) as the Project and Construction Management (PMCM) consultant for Hinode City, a landmark mixed-use development set to redefine urban living in Hanoi.

Situated on a prime 2.8-hectare site in Bach Mai District, the project will feature three towers comprising high-end residences, serviced apartments, hotel accommodations, office spaces, and a modern lifestyle mall with approximately 25,000 square meters of leasable area.

The development comprises of three towers—Sachi, Asahi, and Himark—rising from 23 to 26 floors, including four levels of integrated retail and lifestyle space at the podium level. Designed as a fully integrated mixed-use complex, Hinode City will bring together luxury residential, 5-star hospitality, and retail components into a cohesive urban destination. Construction of the Sachi and Asahi residential towers has been completed and fully occupied since 2018.

The project is expected to enhance the façades of all towers and renovate Himark Tower, as well as the public realm and retail areas. This revitalization aims to deliver a premier lifestyle mall experience, enhancing both social and commercial offerings while contributing to the continued growth of Hanoi’s urban landscape.

Inspired by Japanese culture, the name “Hinode,” meaning “sunrise,” reflects the project’s vision of new beginnings and continuous growth. The architectural concept harmoniously blends modern design with traditional elements, incorporating advanced technologies to elevate living standards. This thoughtful integration results in a distinctive development that stands out within Hanoi’s evolving skyline.
