The Forbes ranking is based on survey responses from more than 218,000 full- and part-time workers at organizations with at least 1,000 employees. The evaluation considered direct employee feedback, industry peer recommendations, employer evaluations from friends and family, and research conducted by Statista’s R&A team.

This recognition follows Turner’s inclusion on several Forbes lists, including Best Employers for Women, Best Employers for New Graduates, Best Large Employers, and one of America’s Dream Employers.
