Turner Construction Company Continues Record Results in Third Quarter of 2025

Expanding backlog, record project delivery, and a growing workforce reflect Turner’s accelerating momentum across strategic markets.

Turner Construction Company continued its positive momentum in the third quarter of 2025. Turner’s revenue increased 43% from the same period last year, surpassing $21.0 billion in the first nine months of the year. The company’s project backlog rose 20% year-over-year to more than $40 billion. Supported by an expanding, 15,000-strong workforce, the company’s performance reflects its long-term strategy to serve clients in high-growth sectors while continuing to deliver strong results across all its markets.

Turner is a leader in delivering advanced technology facilities, including data centers, semiconductor plants, and biopharma projects, supported by a robust pipeline of opportunities in AI infrastructure. Turner’s Advanced Technology work has grown to 40% of Turner’s backlog and represents work for more than 30 clients on more than 250 projects in North America, Europe, and Asia. Beyond advanced technology, Turner continues to deliver significant projects in healthcare, education, transportation, and sports and entertainment — reflecting the balance of a diverse portfolio that is driving company growth.

Peter Davoren, Chairman and CEO, Turner Construction Company said, “We are driven by a shared purpose to deliver value for our clients while sustaining an environment where our people can be at their best, be authentic, and be treated with respect and dignity. Our focus on active caring, collaboration, and innovation continues to propel our company forward.”

Turner was recently selected for major projects, including:

•  An NFL stadium for the Cleveland Browns

•  A state-of-the-art arena for the Philadelphia 76ers and Philadelphia Flyers

•  Major data center projects in North America, Europe and Asia.

•  A 46-story office tower in Midtown Manhattan

•  A $700 Million Modernization of Memphis International Airport

Turner’s growth is supported by the strength of its integrated services offerings including SourceBlue, xPL Offsite, Turner Engineering Group, Turner Technical Services, and Self-Perform Operations. The acquisition of Dornan earlier this year has expanded Turner’s reach in mission-critical and high-technology sectors across Europe, adding specialized mechanical and electrical engineering capabilities. In Canada, Clark Builders continues to strengthen Turner’s North American presence, leading major work in healthcare, education, and industrial markets.
