Turner is pleased to announce that we will continue our long-standing partnership with Pacific Gas & Electric by providing improvements to three PG&E offices and service centers in California, two of which are Design-Build projects.
The Santa Maria Service Center will include new structural asphalt paving, site lighting and a lighting system, the demolition of the existing garage building and construction of a new LEED Silver minimum garage facility including a photo voltaic system.
The Fresno Service Center includes a new 10 ft high fence with topper along the entire perimeter of the site including new installation and replacement of all vehicle and pedestrian gates with access controls.
The San Jose project will upgrade an existing 8-story office building to create a center for community engagement and collaboration with high-tech industry executives, local government, and non-profit organizations. The renovation will upgrade building systems, correct building code deficiencies, and upgrade finishes and FF&E to current company standards.
