Founders’ Month serves as an opportunity to strengthen our impact and reinforce the role we play within our communities and across our business. As part of the Vietnam Founders’ Day 2026 initiative, the team donated drilled wells to two schools in Chiềng Sinh Commune, Điện Biên Province — Mường Thín Primary School and Nà Sáy Kindergarten. Each well has the capacity to provide approximately 2,800 gallons of clean, life-sustaining water daily, supporting up to 400 people and creating a lasting impact for years to come.
A group of Turner staff joined the meaningful journey to the two remote school locations, traveling approximately 800–900 km to reach the community. Despite the challenging distance and terrain, the visit reflected the team’s commitment to supporting underserved communities and improving access to essential resources.
Mường Thín Primary School currently provides education for 273 students, including 67 boarding students who live and study on campus under difficult conditions due to limited access to clean water. Nà Sáy Kindergarten supports 284 students, including 82 semi-boarding students. Both schools frequently experience water shortages, operating at 30–40% below their actual daily water needs.
On a joyful morning during the handover ceremony for the new wells, the atmosphere was filled with gratitude, smiles, and hope for a healthier future, a more nurturing learning environment, and reliable access to clean water for hundreds of students and teachers. Through initiatives like this, Founders’ Day continues to reflect Turner’s commitment to creating meaningful and lasting impact beyond the projects we build, supporting communities where help is needed most.
