George M. Steinbrenner Field Renovations

Revitalizing the Diamond: Yankees Spring Training Experience Enhanced

Turner provided preconstruction and construction management services for the eight-phase enhancement project to George M. Steinbrenner Field, home of the Tampa Yankees and the New York Yankees Spring Training. Renovations enhance the fan experience by adding flexible entertainment and dining spaces while taking in the spring-training action. Enhancements consisted of a renovation to the stadium broken down into eight components. Scope includes outfield seating, left and right field clubs, upgraded entrances, loge box seating options, drink rail seating over bullpens, and adjustments to outfield wall to match current stadium. Also included were main concourse renovations as well as a two-story team store located at main entrance.
