The Ridge is a mid to high end mixed development consisting of a retail mall and two residential towers. The development is 37 stories in total, with four level of retail, three stories of podium car parking and one level of basement.
This project was completed under budget and ahead of schedule, and won the 2020 Engineering News Record Global Best Project Awards of Merit in Retail/Mixed-Use category.
