The 250,000 square foot Dick's Sporting Goods Park is the largest soccer complex in the country. Home to the Colorado Rapids soccer team, the stadium hosts up to 18,000 people for Major League Soccer matches and up to 25,000 for other events, including lacrosse games and concerts. It also serves as the focal point for the 200-acre Prairie Gateway Development.

Stadium amenities include 20 loge-style luxury suites, a unique open concourse design that allows for 360-degree sight-lines to the field, a full-service restaurant with catering facilities, and a retail sports store. The stadium also has a world-class grass field with an underground heating and draining system. The stadium has a large video scoreboard as well as multiple LED boards and at the time of construction, it had the only fully-integrated digital signage system in the world.

Work on the 970-acre site included work on an additional 24 full-size sports fields with lighting, and 4,500 new parking spaces. Turner also installed dedicated electrical feeds for special event lighting and audio, and event trailers.

A distinguishing feature of the project is the “tectonic plate” roof structure that emulates the majestic Colorado Rocky Mountains to the west.
