With high ceilings, open floor plans, and walls of windows that look out over the lush, green Senayan landscape, Farpoint's Sequis Tower represents the next generation of high-end commercial offices in Indonesia.
The project is seeking LEED Platinum certification and features a unique solar screen system and double-glazed windows that reduce solar gain, a high-efficiency water re-circulation system, abundant natural light, locally sourced and recycled materials, and pedestrian connections to adjacent buildings as well as public transportation.
