Redevelopment of the former Hahne & Co. flagship department store building has transformed the vacant landmark into a vibrant, mixed-use, mixed-income development.

The project includes 160 mixed-income apartments, and more than 160,000-square feet of retail, commercial, community and office space split between the original, historic structure and an adjacent, 110,000-square-foot building. 

Amenities include a central courtyard and garden, public and private terraces, a fitness center, 24-hour attended lobbies, and underground private parking structure with 200 spaces.
