Renovations at the Denver Club -- a 24-story office tower -- include updates to the façade, main lobby, and tenant lobby to create a new sense of place and identity for the club, as well as a number of back-of-house improvements.

In addition to replacement of both storefront and structural glazing, and work on the building's historic facade, improvements include an updated revolving door and entry doors, improved handicapped access to the main lobby, updated finishes at tenant lobbies, corridors and bathrooms, and relocation of plumbing for updated restroom fixtures. Additional improvements include a bike storage room, renovation of the fitness and locker rooms, and addition of a two lane bowling alley and lounge area.
