The Robert M. Rogers Nursing and Health Sciences Center at Tyler Junior College is a four-story, 155,000 square foot, split-level building that includes classrooms, skills laboratories, medical simulation rooms, and support spaces for the school's nursing and allied health programs.
The post-tensioned, cast-in-place structure is topped by a structural steel-framed roof with cold-formed metal truss framing and features a combination of brick veneer, glass curtain wall, and aluminum windows. Associated site work included construction of two asphalt parking lots with more than 200 combined spaces, as well as sidewalks and courtyards.
