project at a glance

The 100,000 square foot Hollywood Gaming facility at Dayton Raceway includes 1,500 video lottery terminals and a 5/8 mile harness racing track as well as indoor racetrack seating, live simulcast racing, a sports bar, a food court, and a separate level with official's offices, production offices, and a camera room.

The site racing buildings include a paddock, a high bay maintenance building, material and vehicle storage buildings, a manure shed, a vet stand overlooking the racetrack, and two camera towers.

Sitework included remediating contamination from a former Delphi plant and reusing concrete from the former building slab as sub-base for some of the 2,000 asphalt parking spots.
