Mumbai-based real estate developer Hirco approached Turner to review a development program encompassing several large, multi-phased, commercial mixed-use projects throughout India. Turner’s assistance to Hirco concluded in 2008.
The first project, Hiranandani Palace Gardens, is a 500-acre mixed-use development located outside the city of Chennai and is partially positioned in a Special Economic Zone (SEZ).
The project will have a total built-up area of nearly five million square meters encompassing commercial, residential and support facilities, and will provide high-quality affordable housing for India’s growing young and affluent working population.
