The relocation and consolidation of offices for Siemens brings business units from three cities into one, open-plan office environment.
The 125,000 square foot fit-out includes both open and closed offices, conference rooms, electronics labs, wet labs, a data center, a Class 10,000 clean room and a cafeteria. Turner worked closely with the client to select the building site, establish budgets, create and update schedules, and define long lead materials/equipment.
The office is LEED® Gold certified.
