The Culinary Arts Building on the Wolfson campus of Miami Dade College is a LEED certified, eight-story culinary arts facility that houses various food laboratories and functioning kitchens.
The ground floor lobby consists of a gourmet café serviced by the college staff and students. The second floor has a classroom with adjustable seating, conference rooms and administration offices. The third floor features a kitchen and theater studio with 22 wine tasting stations, and private wine coolers. The fourth, fifth, and sixth floors contain the five full cooking/teaching laboratories for the culinary program. The seventh level is a complete production kitchen that services a featured dining room on the eighth floor.
