Before his current role with Turner, Shawn served as a project leader on a $2 billion pharmaceutical manufacturing campus. He acted as an EPC area lead and the prime contract manager overseeing design, construction and commissioning. After the project’s completion, he established and grew a regional office and then a subsequent business line focused on advanced manufacturing projects.
He is known for building strong partnerships, ensuring alignment with business outcomes, and driving performance through clear strategy and disciplined execution. His leadership consistently results in high-quality projects delivered on time and within budget, while earning repeat client trust.
