Director of Operations
Marc joined xPL Offsite as Director of Operations, bringing extensive operations and leadership experience to the team. He earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and a Master of Business Administration from Babson College.
In his role, Marc is focused on driving operational excellence, strengthening collaboration across teams, and supporting the continued growth of xPL Offsite. He is committed to delivering high-quality results while fostering a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and teamwork.
