Cherelle Syph

Cherelle Syph serves as the Community & Citizenship Manager for upstate New York, leading inclusive community engagement efforts that strengthen relationships and create meaningful, sustainable impact in the communities where Turner lives and works.

With more than 10 years of professional experience, Cherelle is responsible for developing and maintaining strategic partnerships with community stakeholders, including local government officials, nonprofit organizations, and community leaders. She is recognized for her ability to navigate complex challenges, manage multiple priorities, and adapt quickly in dynamic environments, ensuring effective collaboration and results-driven outcomes.

Cherelle holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from D’Youville College. Before joining Turner, she served as Director of Constituent Affairs for the New York State Department of Motor Vehicles, where she acted as a key liaison to legislators and government partners. This experience strengthened her expertise in public-sector relations, advocacy, and stakeholder engagement, skills she now leverages to advance community-focused initiatives across Western New York.
