Stephanie received her Bachelor of Science degree in Child & Family Studies / Therapeutic Recreation from Northwest Missouri State University. She obtained her Master of Public Administration from the University of Missouri, Columbia. Stephanie is committed to maximizing opportunities for minorities and underrepresented businesses, as well as finding ways to mentor and partner with multiple contractors with a focus on achieving results and seeing real long-term impact in the UBE community.
