Sara Kendall

During her 25-plus-year career, Sara has been responsible for a range of projects that have given her a keen understanding of the importance of communication along with the creativity, flexibility, and stamina needed to deliver signature projects in the commercial, life sciences, residential, and healthcare sectors.  

In addition to her day-to-day responsibilities, Sara serves as Chair of the Board of Directors of Urban Green which is dedicated to decarbonizing buildings for healthy and resilient communities.  She is an active member of Salvadori Center, a non-profit that delivers collaborative, hands-on, project-based programs using the built environment to show K-12 students how STEAM is relevant in their lives.  Sara is also a member of the Board of Trustees of the Beverly Willis Architecture Foundation which provides programming to advance knowledge of the achievements of women in architecture and the built environment. At Turner, Sara is a proud executive sponsor to Turner’s SkyWell employee resource group. Turner’s employee resource groups seek to foster an environment where all people experience inclusiveness and empowerment through genuine conversations and intentional actions required in a multicultural workplace. 

A Civil Engineering graduate of Cornell University, Sara resides in New York City with her husband and two children.
