Sara Kendall

Sara Kendall is Senior Vice President of SourceBlue LLC, where she leads the development and execution of short- and long-term strategic initiatives that strengthen the company’s position as one of the world’s leading procurement and supply chain management firms. With operations across three continents and more than $2 billion in annual revenue, SourceBlue serves clients ranging from some of the world’s largest corporations to emerging companies. Sara oversees financial and sales initiatives while advancing centralized sourcing strategies that leverage SourceBlue’s global scale to deliver greater value to clients.

Prior to joining SourceBlue, Sara led Turner Construction’s New York City Interiors business. Over a career spanning more than 25 years, she has led complex, high-profile projects across the commercial, life sciences, residential, and healthcare sectors. Her experience has shaped a leadership approach grounded in strong communication, creative problem-solving, adaptability, and a focus on delivering results.

Sara is also deeply engaged in industry and community leadership. She serves as Chair of the Board of Directors of Urban Green Council, which works to decarbonize buildings and advance healthier, more resilient communities. She also serves on the board of the Salvadori Center, is a Trustee of the Beverly Willis Architecture Foundation, and is a member of the Cornell Duffield Engineering College Council.

Sara lives in New York City with her husband and two children.
