As the Procurement Manager Mike provides overall leadership for the procurement department as they accomplish the procurement and delivery of specified products and services from qualified subcontractors and vendors at the most favorable prices and terms.
After graduating from Binghamton University, Mike joined Turner in 2006 and served as an Engineer on the Bethesda View Condominiums project. Mike served in a variety of roles including Purchasing Agent before his appointment to Procurement Manager in 2014.
