Kenneth Faas

In 2007, Ken embarked on his journey with Turner’s New York Business Unit, stepping in as a Field Engineer. Over the course of two years, he fervently absorbed knowledge and honed his skills, leading him to seamlessly transition into the estimating department. His tenure in the New York estimating realm spanning several fruitful years, during which he ascended to the role of Senior Estimator. This chapter culminated in a pivotal move to the Tampa Business Unit, where Ken assumed his current role as Regional Preconstruction Manager. Ken’s portfolio encompasses a spectrum of responsibilities. He manages the development of comprehensive proposal values, collaboratively fine-tuning project schedules and phasing with the operational team. Moreover, he oversees his preconstruction team, ensuring the precision and efficacy of major estimates throughout each project’s lifecycle.
