Fernando Delgado

Fernando provides leadership and technical expertise throughout the preconstruction process, helping owners make informed decisions that maximize value while managing cost, schedule, constructability, and project risk. He partners closely with clients, designers, and trade partners to develop collaborative solutions that establish a strong foundation for successful project delivery.

Since joining Turner in 2007, Fernando has held progressive leadership roles across engineering, field operations, MEP management, project management, and preconstruction. A licensed DBIA professional and LEED Accredited Professional, he combines technical expertise with practical field experience to guide complex projects from early planning through construction. His portfolio includes aviation, higher education, life sciences, mixed-use developments, federal facilities, and K-12 education, including San Diego International Airport's New Terminal 1, IQHQ RaDD, The Navy General Administration Facility (GAF), Campus at Horton, and SDUSD Madison High School Modernization. Fernando is also a United States Marine Corps veteran whose leadership reflects a disciplined, collaborative approach focused on delivering certainty and value for every client.
