Vivek Hariharan

Over the course of his career, Vivek has built a reputation for leading high performing teams and supporting projects from early planning through execution. His experience spans preconstruction, project delivery, and operational leadership, giving him a well rounded understanding of how to drive performance while maintaining a strong focus on client service and project outcomes.

Prior to returning to Toronto, Vivek served as Manager of Interiors and Special Projects in Vancouver. In that role, he led a team responsible for delivering complex tenant improvement projects and provided day to day leadership across a range of assignments. His work included oversight of projects from preconstruction through delivery, with an emphasis on collaboration, operational discipline, and successful execution.

Vivek has held leadership roles in both Toronto and Vancouver, giving him valuable perspective across markets and a deep understanding of the people, operations, and client needs that shape successful project delivery. His cross regional experience supports his ability to lead teams effectively, build strong relationships, and align business priorities with operational excellence.
