Multi-Phase Campus Transformation in Northwest Austin

This multi-phase, mixed-use redevelopment in Northwest Austin is transforming an existing corporate campus into more than one million square feet of premier laboratory, office, and amenity space. The redevelopment includes approximately 404,000 square feet of shared-use facilities featuring computer and scientific information centers, an auditorium and training spaces, two data centers, a childcare center, catering kitchen, cafeteria, and general warehouse space.

Turner's initial scope focused on renovating 32,000 square feet into an innovative leasing center that serves as the campus's front door for prospective tenants. Designed to showcase the quality and vision of the redevelopment, the space establishes the standard for the tenant experience throughout the campus.

As the project has progressed, Turner has remained a trusted partner, supporting the client through the phased redevelopment and ongoing leasing of this highly technical, mixed-use campus.

Working with the City of Austin

To enable early construction within the five-story shared tenant amenity building, including interconnecting stairs and a floor-to-roof curtain wall system, Turner worked closely with the City of Austin's Fire Marshal and Building Official to develop phasing and occupancy strategies that met code requirements while supporting the project's innovative delivery approach. This proactive collaboration helped streamline approvals and maintain project momentum.
