This warehouse to pharmaceutical manufacturing conversion features four ISO 7 and ISO 8 suites each just under 3,000 sq. ft. where the client will manufacture and package sterile product for distribution. The main feature of the project included the installation of an intricate mechanical system featuring two new roof top units, two new return air handling units, 47 constant air volume valves, and seventy-eight HEPA filters. All of the mechanical features were installed on top of or supported by a 5,000 sq. ft. mechanical access platform that was installed at the beginning of the project. The mechanical system is be controlled by a central building management system (BMS) that monitors, adjusts, and records flow rates, differential pressure, temperature and humidity which are automatically logged during manufacturing.
