    The Human Resources Director leads Human Resources objectives and practices within multiple business units in areas including but not limited to Talent Management – acquisition, recruiting, hiring, employee relations; Talent Development – career development, performance management, on-boarding, learning; and Talent Leadership – employment engagement and retention, that result in an employee-oriented, high performance culture and a superior workforce. The Human Resources Director develops and implements people-related services, policies and programs and HR processes and metrics to ensure compliance and measure achievement of the organization's business goals. Reports to: General Manager or Operations Manager Supervisory Responsibilities: Manages one or more HR Administrators, HR Generalists, and/or HR Managers in multiple locations.
