He is a dedicated member of the company’s leadership team, where his responsibilities extend to overseeing employee performance, enhancing efficiency and job satisfaction, evaluating organizational processes, and identifying ways to elevate work quality and productivity. With an impressive 27 years of construction experience, Dave has a rich background in managing challenging projects in the New York City and Seattle markets. His expertise spans a broad spectrum, encompassing commercial and residential shell & core projects, corporate tenant improvements, restaurant constructions, and sports facilities. Dave has occupied various roles throughout his career, including Project Superintendent, General Superintendent, Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, and Project Executive. A keen focus on the bigger picture characterizes Dave’s approach to leadership. He excels at charting the most effective path forward and is renowned for his compassionate leadership style, always prioritizing the well-being and growth of the people under his guidance. He enjoys writing music, cooking, entertaining, and traveling with his wife and two children in his free time.
