Jeff, the Interiors Operations Manager of the Seattle Business Unit, embodies a steadfast commitment to cultivating a culture of Active Caring and continuous improvement within Turner. With over two decades of experience in the construction industry, he has held various roles, including Project Engineer, Project Manager, Sr. Project Manager, Interiors General Superintendent, and Regional Lean Manager. Drawing on his extensive background, Jeff adeptly leverages Turner's resources to organize optimal staffing solutions. He assists the teams by providing insights into project pricing, scheduling, and strategic sequencing throughout construction. Jeff's top priority is to champion the well-being and safety of everyone involved, including team members, trade partners, and clients. By fostering an environment encouraging learning and collaboration, he empowers his team members to thrive and contribute their best to each project. Jeff has a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Construction Management from Boise State University. Jeff enjoys anything outdoors, including camping trips, hiking excursions, and snowboarding adventures alongside his wife and twin boys.
