Adobe Seattle Restack

Transforming Spaces Fostering Innovation Empowering Collaboration

The Adobe Seattle Restack project included a three-phased retrofitting of an existing three-level 162,500 sq. ft. facility in Fremont. The occupied building housed 580 Adobe employees, a small fitness center, and a café. This project densified the space and converged it from closed to open offices, bringing the total available seating to 850. The upgrade provided a new fitness center, focus rooms, custom wood frames, and a new kitchen and café. Acoustic considerations were also a primary focus of this project for the client, which required acoustical caulking.
