San Jose

Turner began working in the South Bay area in the 1970s with the NASA Ames Wind Tunnel and projects on the Stanford University campus. Recognizing that San Jose and Silicon Valley were becoming a growing economic hub, Turner opened an office there in 1986.

Turner has since constructed and expanded many of the South Bay's buildings and is recognized as the leading general contractor and construction manager in the area. Local work includes the LEED-Platinum certified San Jose Civic Center, the San Jose Tech Museum and multiple projects built for the Santa Clara Valley Medical Center, which is the only regional hospital that will treat everyone regardless of ability to pay.

Turner's projects span across the healthcare, K-12, higher education, residential, data centers and the commercial office building markets. Seismic upgrades and site renovations are also performed.

More than 60 percent of our business comes from repeat clients. This continuity is testimony to our strong commitment to building long-lasting foundations with our valued clients.
