Evergreen Community College: Sequoia Upgrades/Nursing Addition

Expanding the Horizon of Care

The program for the Sequoia Upgrades/Nursing Addition consists of simulating a sterile corridor in an intensive care unit of a hospital, or clinic area. This will be a two-story facility, double-loaded corridor, with observation booths for professors into the simulation lab spaces (6,000 sq. ft.). Additionally the scope includes interior updates (27 ,000 sq. ft.) of the instructional spaces within the main building, as well as upgrade sidewalks and landscaping. The design will also connect the main building and lecture hall. This project will be delivered through the Lease-Leaseback agreement.
