A native San Franciscan, Bianca is dedicated to the advancement of the local underrepresented community. After graduating from the University of San Francisco with a degree in Business Administration, Bianca worked for Gensler Architects, and then joined Turner as Marketing Manager. Always passionate about community engagement, Bianca’s life experience in the region provide insight to the unique identities of the many micro-communities throughout Northern California and enables Turner to advance these challenges and bring rewarding experiences to underrepresented business enterprises. A collaborative and innovative communicator, Bianca elevates awareness of opportunities through active storytelling and strategic engagement. She is driven by the motivation to connect and support emerging and diverse individuals with opportunities and foster innovation and diversity in our industry. Bianca volunteers her time and leadership in numerous local organizations and serves on the WRMSDC Construction Steering Committee and BuildOUT California Founders Group.
