Frank joined Turner’s Miami, FL office in 2004, and has since managed significant work, both in preconstruction and operations. Frank brings expertise in supporting our clients as the region continues to experience exciting growth. As Business Development Manager, Fernandez serves as our client and partner liaison, supporting long-term marketplace viability and success.
In addition to leading Sacramento's Business Development efforts, Frank also serves as the Executive Sponsor for Turner's Mosaic Network which is an employee Resource Group that empowers the career advancement of diverse Turner employees. They create a community that fosters equity through awareness, advocacy, and intentional actions.
